- Weekly check ins via email
- Email support from Summer
- Monthly phone call with Summer or more frequently if needed
- Changes to your macro or nutrition plan as needed, dependent on progress
- Supplementation, hormonal and wellness protocols
- Cardio regime dependent on goals and current condition
- A personalised weight training program suited to your lifestyle and goals which can be home or gym based
