I met Summer a long time ago through competing and have worked with her on all aspects of my fitness background. Starting with bikini competition prep she coached me through all my competitive seasons. If I was ever to go back to competing I would definitely use Summer’s methods and always expanding knowledge without a doubt
After I stopped competing I definitely struggled adjusting to life on a day to day level. I would over eat and under train or under eat and over train. I just could not find that balance I desperately wanted and ultimately this affected my happiness and how I felt about myself. At one stage I actually put on about 10kg which may not seem a great amount but I really felt self-conscious and it defiantly made me unhappy with the way I looked.
Summer’s lifestyle coaching helped me lose this in a healthy way through the correct nutrition and training. I have done a total 360 to how I now look at myself. Fitness to me now is about being healthy all year not just in competition seasons. I am still very active in my training but thanks to learning from Summer my lifestyle is healthy on a whole different level.
Although I probably will not compete again I will definitely will use lifestyle coaching again as it’s changed my life.
